Rich Fulcher is an American comedian, writer and improviser, dividing his time between Los Angeles and London.
Rich is most well known in the UK for his roles in the huge hit comedy series THE MIGHTY BOOSH for Baby Cow and BBC 3. He also appeared as Bob Fossil and other characters - including the beautiful Eleanor - in the record breaking second Mighty Boosh Live show which toured the UK from September 2008 to January 2009.
Rich has most recently been performing as his alter-ego, the glorious ELEANOR - aka 'the world' greatest groupie'. Eleanor, a self-professed "tour whore" who appeared in The Mighty Boosh series 3, has lived a life most people scream about. This is the woman who claimed to make Neil "young" again and put the "wood" in Woodstock, and now she has her own show - AN EVENING WITH ELEANOR, THE TOUR WHORE - where she tells all through song, dance and confessional monologues. Having taken the 2010 comedy festivals in Adelaide and melbourne by storm Rich/Eleanor is next appearing at the E4 Udderbelly on London's Southbank in June and July, followed by an appearance at Latitude Festival before heading to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August.
Rich's first book TINY ACTS OF REBELLION - 97 ALMOST LEGAL WAYS TO STICK IT TO THE MAN was published in October 2009 by Michael O'Mara books - available in all good book stores as well as online at www.amazon.co.uk. For more information and news on the book see www.tinyactsofrebellion.com
In Spring 2006, Rich starred in SNUFF BOX - his own sketch show series which he wrote and performed with fellow comedian Matt Berry. The series of six episodes was commissioned by BBC3 and produced by Charlie Hanson (Extras) for Channel X and directed by Michael Cumming (Brass Eye). Due to massive public demand Snuff Box was finally released on DVD in 2008.
Rich also guest starred in episode 5 of series 3 of SKINS on E4 - if you missed it you can catch the episode on www.e4.com
